Edwin Bessant is the CEO of Ceuta Group, a global consumer brand services organisation working with some of the most dynamic brands in Health & Personal Care and Food & Drinks.
Established 24 years ago, Ceuta Group is made up of 13 specialist companies and counts over 350 people with offices in the UK, Ireland, USA, The Netherlands and Thailand.
Edwin’s career began with Cadbury, going on to Wilkinson Sword & Pfizer Consumer before he set up Ceuta Healthcare with his joint founding partner Annette D’Abreo. Edwin’s dynamic vision led Ceuta Healthcare to blossom into Ceuta Group with the development of additional business divisions and nine acquisitions in the past two years.
Edwin’s leadership qualities and open management style have allowed him to develop a collaborative culture across the Group. He credits the success of the company to its people and what he defines as a ‘winning culture’ driven by six core values: trust, integrity, honesty, realism, passion and commitment.
