As an employee-owned business, people sit at the very heart of the organisation. “I, along with my 220 colleagues, own the business (through a Trust) so talking to, and more importantly listening to, each other is essential,” he says. The company makes low calorie diet food products which are sold in the UK by a network of 3500 self-employed consultants (the majority of whom lost weight as customers) and by 30 independent distributors around the world.
