Inkpact is a UK-based start-up that gives handwritten notes a 21st century face-lift. Keen to recapture the nostalgic impact of hand-written notes, CEO and Founder Charlotte Pearce runs an online platform taking orders and sending personalised, communications at scale.
Inkpact employs a team of writers around the country known as the Scribe Tribe. Inkpact’s people work flexibly, eschewing the 9-5 office structure in favour of a work schedule that suits them. Charlotte is looking to expand the writing team and has her eye on prisoners looking to boost their skills and employability.
Charlotte founded Inkpact in 2015 at just 24 years old. She was named one of the Forbes 30 under 30 in 2017 and crowned Young Achiever of the Year at the First Women Awards 2017.
“The biggest obstacle so far has been my own mindset,” “I still haven’t got this one figured out but surrounding myself with people who understand my vision helps.”
