C-J led an organisation of 25,000 colleagues and 7,000 clients as CEO of facilities management business Atalian Servest. Having recently left the firm she now leads ToVIP, supporting organisations who want to focus on sustainable and ethical business practice, to drive truly inspiring innovation. The services it provides enables leadership teams to ready themselves for the dynamics of a modern workforce.
C-J and her strong team are dedicated to first-class transformation and a modern approach to workforce dynamics, putting customers front and centre of their thinking. Having come from a background in HR, C-J believes in building people, not just process, and implemented Servest’s ‘You Choose’ philosophy that focused on giving colleagues personal control over how they structure and measure their work.

Passionate about ethical and socially responsible business C-J works alongside key partners to enable organisations to embrace their communities through corporate and social responsibility initiatives.
C-J has been a key driver in positively impacting communities. She was connected with charity work in her time with Atalian Servest and has now turned her attention to campaigning for the work of Young Minds, raising awareness and support for young people with mental health issues.
